Dear Jagdamba Pearls Team,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding Order #149690, which was placed on May 1, 2025. The product received was damaged, and the same was immediately intimated to your team via WhatsApp. The issue was acknowledged, and I was assured that the damaged part — the earring — would be replaced with a new one.
Despite multiple follow-ups, I was informed that the replacement was packed and would be delivered the next day. However, it has now been over a month, and there has been no update, no delivery, and no response from your end.
Repeated attempts to reach out via WhatsApp and calls have gone unanswered. On calling, I’m directed to a voicemail that asks me to leave a message, which I have done several times — all without any response. This level of customer service is deeply disappointing and raises serious concerns about the integrity and reliability of your brand.
Please understand that this product was an expensive gift purchased for a special occasion, and this experience has not only caused frustration but also ruined an important moment for us.
I urge you to treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves and provide an immediate resolution — either a prompt replacement of the damaged product or a full refund.
