30 Days Exchange Guarantee
Every piece of jewellery sold at Sri Jagdamba Pearls E-Store: www.Jpearls.com is covered under our 30 Days Exchange Guarantee. Notify us about problems, fitting issues, damages or defects within 30 days from the date of delivery and we refund amount which will be credited back to your Sri Jagdamba Pearls User Account upon successful processing of return. The refund amount will not be credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking). This amount will be valid for 1 year from the date of its issuance and can be used partially or fully to shop any item on Sri Jagdamba Pearls E-Store: www.Jpearls.com.
The shipping cost of Rs.100/- for all orders will be deducted before we reimburse the refund amount into Sri Jagdamba Pearls User Account unless the product is defective.
30 Days Exchange Guarantee is not applicable to products that are less than or equal to Rs. 500/- (Irrespective of the order value). 30 Days Exchange Guarantee is not applicable to Gold & Silver Coins or customized products. 30 Days Exchange Guarantee is not applicable if the product is bought during Sale/Discount/Offer promotion
How do I return the product to Jpearls within 30days?
- Call our customer delight team and you will be given a Return Authorization Code, once you let us know the item you would like to return along with your Order No
- We will courier you a Jpearls tamper proof package with the Return Authorization code, your Name and address on the outside return area and a unique serial number pre-printed.
- Secure your jewellery with the original packing materials and certificate in the tamper proof package provided by Jpearls. Note that once the package is sealed, it cannot be opened unless destroyed.
- Once your package is ready, just call our customer delight team and we will send a courier to pick it up from you.
- Once your returned item is received by Jpearls, your refund or new item will be processed shortly.
